Job Description
Any Technical Graduate with minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Staffing preferably from/ for Product Based companies and who is completely hands on sourcing & technical Screening.

Will be given preference to candidates who have more experience in C2H Hiring.
Should have the expertise in sourcing, interviewing/assessment and candidate closing.

a. Understand the business needs and IT support needs and evolve deployment road map.
Ensure buy-in from Business heads / internal stakeholders and Top management by providing visibility of business value out of such IT deployment.
Obtain IT budget for a phased-spend, over time.
Develop, with the support of Business Leaders and Top Management, Enterprise Performance Metrics and information dashboard for various business hierarchies. For this present user discomforts have to be identified & addressed effectively, to secure buy-in.
Evolve deployment strategy that should integrate with present IT deployment already in place, with new deployments to ensure smooth transition without business disruption.
Examine and deploy scalable & flexible IT infrastructure to support IT applications keeping the increasing business needs over time periods.
Where required, initiate re-engineering Business Processes to align overall strategy framework and to eliminate redundant manual efforts and improve performance.

Ideal candidate:
Preferably an Engineering graduate with IT specialization / with experience in consumer durables, or FMCG, or Auto and Auto Ancillary with exposure to retail distribution.
8 to 12 years of experience in IT deployment, should be a core ERP solution architect with hands-on implementation experience of SAP with at least 4 to 6 years of project management experience, in mid sized production unit. Must have skills to provide integrated management Information System to focus on business values.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications management including selection, deployment and integration of IT Systems / tools; and interfacing ERP with appropriate communication technologies for mobile computing using Andriod, iOS based devises by field staff, interfacing SAP with hand held devices like bar codes, RFIDs and such emerging technologies, deployment of cloud computing, where relevant, would be key expectations.
ERP/solutions architect and must be aware of IOS/Android technology.
Must have knowledge on various frame work options including open source.
Must be capable of doing code reviews and test methodologies/testing tools to stress test the solution
Hands on experience is must without which we can\\'t be achieve the goal
