XML is recruiting for Registered Nurses with Haemodialysis experience looking to relocate to the UK.

Hours of work:
Full time role working 37.5 hours per week 3 x 11.5 hour shifts per week plus an additional top up shift when required Long Day = 06:30 18:30 Early = 06:30 12:30 Late = 12:00 18:00 Monday to Saturday on a rotad shift system, No Sunday or night shifts
What we require from you
IELTS score (R: 7.0, H: 7.0, L: 7.09, W: 6.5) or OET score (R: B, H: B, L: B, W: C+)
Preference will be given to candidates already in their NMC registration with CBT secured
A strong willingness to relocate to the UK to develop your clinical career
Experienced clinical specialist who have previous renal dialysis experience or a willingness to learn and develop within this area.
To demonstrate accurate and timely patient documentation
To develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the AVF/AVG vascular access care of a dialysis patient
To develop both competent practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the connection and disconnection care of an AVF/AVG dialysis patient
Preparation of the clinical area
To demonstrate efficient use of dialysis consumables
To continue expanding knowledge base and skills in relation to the care of renal patients
To provide general support to the unit routine, escorting patients to the wards, blood specimens and pharmacy errands
